Paul started his career in 1993 at one of the top tier law firms in the Netherlands and also spent a number of years at the firm\u2019s New York office. Upon his return Paul joined the Amsterdam branch of an American international law firm. Paul joined WLP-Law on May 1, 2021. He specializes in corporate law.<\/p>\n<p>Paul advises (international) clients on corporate structures and reorganizations, capital market transactions, (international) mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, venture capital transactions, joint ventures and banking &amp; finance transactions. Paul furthermore provides general corporate law services such as the incorporation of private and public companies, transfer and issuance of registered shares.
