Paul Westhoff is a Civil Law Notary.
He specializes in corporate law. Paul started his career in 1993 at one of the top tier law firms in the Netherlands and also spent a number of years at the firm’s New York office. Upon his return Paul joined the Amsterdam branch of an American international law firm. Paul joined WLP-Law on May 1, 2021. He specializes in corporate law.
Paul advises (international) clients on corporate structures and reorganizations, capital market transactions, (international) mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, venture capital transactions, joint ventures and banking & finance transactions. Paul furthermore provides general corporate law services such as the incorporation of private and public companies, transfer and issuance of registered shares. In addition Paul provides services in connection with real property transactions.
Paul also renders opinions on matters of Dutch law. Paul served on the board of several non-profit organisations.
