Demi van den Broek

Demi works as a paralegal at WLP-Law. She is involved in advising companies, directors and shareholders, and works within the Legal Team on a wide range of commercial and corporate law disputes. In addition, she advises on issues relating to corporate governance, including disputes concerning the contractual and statutory obligations of shareholders and directors, as well as strained relationships within companies.
Before joining WLP-Law, Demi worked in the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice and undertook several placements at law firms, in both litigation and transactions.
