Mark works as a attorney at WLP-Law. In this role, he is involved in and contributes to various matters within, and sometimes beyond, corporate law. He finds corporate law particularly intriguing due to its facilitating nature, where the legal field often serves the interests and intentions of entrepreneurs. This enables numerous possibilities for the client.

Following his studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Mark worked as a university lecturer in the Corporate Law department, where he continues to serve as a guest lecturer. His experience in academia has fostered a broad interest in corporate law and its diverse aspects.

Mark de Mooij has registered corporate law as his specialised legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister). Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
